What we are searching for, in our music, is truth. Truth in terms of the composer's intentions; truth in our pitch and intonation, so our notes are as pure as possible; truth in terms of respecting each others' playing and responding to variations so that each performance is unique and has integrity. We care passionately about our music and respond intuitively to it so that every sound academy concert is a true experience.
